By accessing or using PRstrategy.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
PRstrategy.ai provides AI-Powered Public Relations strategy analysis and reporting services. The Service analyzes websites and generates strategic reports based on PR theory frameworks and compliance standards.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and phone number in E.164 international format. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each phone number can only be associated with one account to help prevent abuse of trial eligibility. You must provide a valid, unique phone number during registration.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Eligible accounts may start one 14-day audit trial on the plan they select. A valid payment card is required to verify eligibility; no charge is made when the trial starts. Eligibility is limited to one trial per account and card and may be subject to verification. During the trial, you can create organisations up to the selected plan's organisation limit and run audits and re-audits. Strategy generation, comparisons, translations, and exports (PDF and DOCX) are not included in the trial and become available once your paid subscription begins.
Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged for the plan and billing interval (monthly or annual) you selected. If you choose to activate during the trial, the selected recurring fee is charged after successful payment and paid features begin. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are stated in USD; applicable taxes may be added by the payment processor and the amount shown at checkout controls.
If you cancel during the trial before a paid subscription begins, no subscription charge is made. After a paid subscription begins, cancellation normally stops future renewals; any access through the current paid period and any refund request are handled under the information shown at checkout and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

You can submit cancellation online from Manage Billing while that option is available for your account. A cancellation request is confirmed in the Service and may be scheduled for the end of the current trial or paid period, as shown there. When a paid subscription ends, dashboard and report access, as well as premium features, may be unavailable until you select an available plan. Contact support if the online cancellation option is unavailable or you need clarification.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PRstrategy.ai and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the reports generated for your organization. However, PRstrategy.ai retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Reports are generated by Artificial Intelligence and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying all information and recommendations before acting upon them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRSTRATEGY.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRstrategy.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
